• Buy your own materials: If you’d like, you can pick up your own fixtures or finishes to save on shopping time. Please note that we can only warranty materials that we provide.

• Prep the area before I arrive: Clearing furniture, decorations, or other items from the work area and access path helps me start right away and keeps the job moving smoothly.

• Plan for cleanup: Taking care of your own debris removal or providing a bin can reduce waste removal costs.

• Provide for tool storage: Providing secure on-site tool storage minimizes daily packing, unpacking, and setup time and ensures your project dollars go further. 

• Combine tasks: Scheduling multiple small projects together can help offset the minimum service charge, or with enough work, may qualify for day rate savings, maximizing your value per visit.

• Be ready for your appointment: Having materials on site and a clear plan means more work done for the same amount of time.

• DIY the finishing touches: If you’re comfortable doing light painting or touch-ups yourself, that can help stretch your budget even further.

• Watch for sales: If you’re buying materials, you can often find great deals during store promotions or clearance events.
